MANGO Expands U.S. Retail Footprint with Mall of America® Store

 

  • The Company is opening a new store today at Mall of America, the third in the Midwest, bringing its U.S. store count to close to 65.
  • The store, which will encompass more than 10,000 square feet, will feature the Mediterranean-inspired concept New Med to showcase the brand’s spirit and freshness.
  • The location will offer the Woman and Man lines, which are designed at the brand’s Barcelona headquarters by an atelier team of more than 500 specialists.

 

MANGO, one of the leading international fashion brands, will continue its U.S. retail expansion with the opening of a store at Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America. This will be Mango’s first Minnesota store and brings the Company’s U.S. store count to close to 65.

The new store will encompass more than 10,000 square feet and will offer the brand’s Woman and Man lines. All MANGO’s collections are designed at the brand’s Barcelona headquarters by an atelier team of more than 500 specialists. Each collection undergoes a meticulous 7–8-month development process, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, superior quality, thoughtful design and attention to detail. 

Notably, the store will feature the Mediterranean-inspired concept New Med to showcase the brand’s spirit and freshness. Sustainability and architectural integration are key to the design, which conceives the MANGO store as a Mediterranean home showcasing warm tones and neutral colors, combined with traditional, handcrafted and natural materials.

This opening is part of MANGO’s ambitious U.S. expansion plan, which began in 2022 with the opening of its flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City. 

 

MANGO’s U.S. Expansion   

MANGO opened its first U.S. store in 2006 and launched its expansion plan in 2022 with the opening of its flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York, one of the most exclusive shopping streets in the world.

MANGO initially grew its presence in New York and then expanded in Florida, with openings in Miami and Orlando. In 2023, the Company opened locations in California, Texas and Georgia. By 2024, Mango surpassed its goal of 40 U.S. stores. Additional locations opened in in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Washington D.C., as well as expanding in California and New York. 

In 2025, MANGO opened around 20 new stores with a focus on the Sun Belt and northeast regions of the country. This included its first openings in Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington. The company also continued expanding in California and added stores in Connecticut and Ohio.

As part of its 2024-2026 Strategic Plan, MANGO plans to continue its expansion in the U.S. and expects the country to become one of its three main markets in terms of revenue. The U.S. is already one of MANGO’s five main markets and its main online market.
