MANGO, one of the leading international fashion brands, strengthens its presence in Lombardy with the reopening today of its store at Il Centro in Arese, one of the leading shopping centers in the region and among the top three in Italy in terms of visitor numbers. The reopening follows a major refurbishment aimed at introducing the Mediterranean-inspired New Med design concept, which embodies the spirit and freshness of the brand.
First opened in 2016, the store features a selling space of 1,400 m² and offers the Woman, Man and Kids collections, including clothing, footwear and accessories all designed at MANGO’s Barcelona atelier by a team of 500 experts. Combining versatile staples with more stylish contemporary pieces influenced by the brand’s Mediterranean heritage, MANGO’s collection reflects the brand’s commitment to superior quality, meticulous craftsmanship and timeless design. With around 40 employees, the store confirms its role as a strategic asset for MANGO, ranking among the best performing in Italy.
MANGO’s Arese store has been renovated to incorporate the Mediterranean-inspired New Med concept, which embodies the spirit and freshness of the brand. The design places sustainability and architectural integration at its core, reinterpreting the space as a Mediterranean home composed of different areas characterized by warm tones and neutral colors, enriched with traditional, handcrafted, sustainable and natural materials.
As part of the refurbishment, MANGO has created a new fitting room area, enlarged to enhance functionality and equipped with adjustable lighting. New technologies and services have also been introduced to improve the shopping experience, including a dedicated click & collect area for order collection and returns, Recycling Boxes for used clothing and footwear, and RFID technology for more efficient stock management.
The store refurbishment is part of MANGO’s Strategic Plan 2024-2026, aimed at reinforcing its differentiated value proposition through strong expansion and improved performance both in its existing stores and its online channel.
The refurbishment also coincides with the tenth anniversary of Il Centro Arese, further strengthening MANGO’s position as a benchmark in the premium accessible fashion segment in Lombardy.
MANGO has been present in Italy for 25 years. The company entered the market in 2001 and closed 2025, MANGO with 120 points of sale in Italy, totalling over 40,000 m² retail space, as well as a digital presence through its own online channel and third-party platforms. The company has 15 points of sale in Lombardy, including those in Arese and Milano Galleria del Corso, both of which offer the Woman, Man and Kids lines.
