In 2025, Mango added over 1,600 people, increasing its workforce by approximately 17% since 2023. Furthermore, the company promoted more than 1,100 employees, over 150 at its headquarters and around 950 in stores worldwide, while also supporting internal mobility and strengthening its mentoring and coaching programme. The consistent onboarding processes, along with multi-channel communication, reinforce the integration and development of internal talent.

Along these lines, Mango has reinforced its commitment to diversity and equality, increasing female representation on its executive committee to 46%. Other initiatives demonstrating its commitment include the Equality Plan, the Management Playground Programme which promotes a culture of feedback and recognition, improving the quality of development conversations, and the Leadership Development Programme. Between the two leadership programmes, over 1,000 managers have already been trained, consolidating a management model focused on people's comprehensive development.

Furthermore, the company maintains its commitment to employee well-being through the 'We Care' programme, which includes preventative policies, recognition initiatives, and activities focused on physical and mental health. Mango integrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability criteria into its Human Resources processes, promoting participation in volunteer activities and social action programmes, notably its collaboration with 'Inspiring Girls', which fosters female leadership and reinforces the company's purpose and values.
